Grrrr' date=' I am up to 190.

The only thing I can think of is muscle gain. I have taken up jogging in the past week.

There's always next week.[/quote']

Well, not only did I lose the 1.4 I gained last week, I lost an additional 2.8. I'm at 185.2.

I haven't had a loss this big in a long while.

This also helped me pass my big milestone. Now for the next one. 175 here I come.

OMG I'M BACK MY PEEPS!

I have been sooooooo bad! Not weighing weekly, not eating right, and just totally going off :(...I even joined Weight Watchers today just to get me back on track and to STAY ACCOUNTABLE to a weekly weigh in (which I will do here as well).

I'm up 9 lbs from my goal weight of 150 and up 15 lbs from my lowest weight of 144.

I want to stay between 145-149. I KNOW I CAN DO THIS! I can't wait until next Saturday!

So with that said 159 today!

See ya next Saturday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

171.4 with a new scale and jeans on, etc. Will weigh again in the morning like I usually do and see if I finally have broken the 170"s. Keeping my fingers crossed. Went to a 2 day conference and didn't cheat even with all the goodies around. Proud of myself!!!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
