In San Diego Now... Waiting On Our Driver

So we're here. Its 2:25 and we were suppose to be picked up at 2. I'm thirsty. I'm hungry. I'm cranky. Surgery is suppose to be today at 6pm. I'm worried there wont be enough time for pre op tests. I really don't want to "rush" through the process that took me years to decide to do.

Frustrated.

Calm down. It will be ok. Im sure they will do all the tests before they take you to surgery. Try to relax and take some deep breaths... you are about to be sleeved! Its great on the losers bench! You will be here with us soon!

Hang in there! It will all work out. Hopefully you are there by now and things are on their way! Good luck!

Still waiting. Been waiting for over an hour. I'm just nervous & not eating or drinking today has made me a little crabby. Hoping any minute now ...

Sending you patience vibes.. is there someone you can call to check on their status?

Nobody is answering. Drivers phone goes straight to voice mail. Coming up on 2 hours waiting. All I can do is laugh at this point. Wish I could go drink a cocktail! I'm sure this will be a minor bump in the road... still frustrating.

wow! did he ever come?

Did he come? He may have gotten stuck at the border.....unfortunately it happens. Have you tried calling your patient coordinator?
