I was in pain for 3 days from the gas and that is the only pain I have had. I also had hernia repair and my biggest incision was from that and it was also an extra incision. 9. I'm on clear fluids for 2 weeks. Until the13 th I guess I have been drinking Isopure to get my Protein in. Sitting at about 40 grams a day. I feel pretty good considering!
  10. Sounds like you are going through a rough time. Hope things work out for you. They usually give you a blood test at the hospital to screen for pregnancy or at least they do at mine. Maybe you are getting your period early? The surgery can mess with people's cycle. If you are still throwing up go see your doctor. You don't want to get dehydrated! Hugs!!

  15. I didn't tell my kids anything other then I went away for a few days. I am post op 2 days. If I need to I will tell them I have a sore tummy but not go into too much detail. I'm not telling them I had surgery, my daughters 5 and I think that would just scare her. It's too much for some kids to understand at that age.
