So today I went back to work after 4 weeks & 28lbs... one of my coworkers (male & a great guy) walked up behind me and said, "Geez, where did the other half of your ass go" LOLOLOLOL

It was so funny, but made me feel good! He is one of my best friends at the office & the only one that could say something like that & not piss me off...

How did you feel being at work? Did you get tired? I am only 8 days out, but i do feel tired. I want a nap half way thru the day. How was your energy?

How long were you sore after your surgery? Did you have it laproscopic?

Awesome!!!! I can't wait until half of anything on my body is missing!!!! (preferably not my boobs!!)

thank you for all your support... I went back to work after 4 weeks, because I would have fallen asleep at my desk if it were any earlier. I think the hardest adjustments was getting up at 6am LOL

I did have my sleeve laprascopicaly (sp?) and was pretty sore for about a week, but I also had a hetial hernia repair that my doctor called "significant" so I had more pain due to that. I was 10 days out on Thanksgiving & remember that other than being tired I felt good & even went and did a little black friday shopping

That is great. I tried to plan mine with my Christmas holidays, because I am not one that want to five up any days. Hopefully I will feel well enough to go back to work by the 1st of the year. Thank you and good luck.

Not ONE person other than my family has noticed I've lost any weight. it's so weird! I didn't tell anyone at work what my surgery was about, so I'm definitely under the radar!

My bet is they have noticed but they may be afraid to say anything...they may be thinking "alot of weight loss after surgery could be something serious".
