  1. I truly hope you feel better today. That pain will pass and just think about your long term goal, it will be worth the pain afterall. Take care of yourself.
  2. That is great. I tried to plan mine with my Christmas holidays, because I am not one that want to five up any days. Hopefully I will feel well enough to go back to work by the 1st of the year. Thank you and good luck.

  5. You can do it. Stop speaking the negative for yourself. It can be done and it will be done is the state of mind that you should have. You are stressing yourself out that's where the weight is coming from. Calm down, you will do it.
  6. Do you know what can and can not be eaten two weeks before surgery?. My surgery is scheduled next Thursday, Dec 22. I started out with plain broth and apple juices and h20.
  7. You are 5 days close and I am 8 days close. What foods do you eat and not eat? Is broccoli and cheese soup ok?
  8. How long were you sore after your surgery? Did you have it laproscopic?
  9. I am more than half way there to begin my beginning. I have seen my doctors, and I have passed the tests needed to have my surgery done. I am now scheduled late December to have my sleeve gastrectomy. I am excited, but at the same time I am afraid. There are risks with all surgerys, I know, but it still does not keep me from being scared. Any suggetions? I start my 10 day prep on 12/12/2011.
