Gastric Sleeve Surgery Newbie!

Hey everybody!!! I'm scheduled to be sleeved on December 8 and I'm starting to get nervous. I have researched having WLS for 10 years and finally my insurance pays for my choice. I'm diabetic( 11years), high blood pressure, high cholesterol, PCOS and all that good stuff that comes along with "the sugar". I'm finally getting the tool that is going to help me to achieve better health. I have been married for almost 12 years and I would love to have kids before I turn 35....so I have at least 2 more years to get myself together and hit my goal weight.

aww thanks MsBoo79 ... I am doing well... Thanks God I didn't need dialysis ... so I just HBP meds twice a day.. Hopefully after surgery I can stop the meds and the HBP will be gone...

I'm glad to know that you are well, my grandfather was a diabetic and his kidneys were severely damaged from years of uncontrolled blood pressure. I'm sure that after surgery your hbp issues will be resolved...
