You have to get new shoes because they are to wide for the feet.

...you can actually run up the four flights of stairs that used to have you huffing and puffing after climbing the first two! (And that's just the beginning of your workout.)

Your BP is so low the doctor is concerned!

My doc saw my BP and said, "Oooooo, that's a pretty number!"

When you put on your bathing suit bottoms from last year and they fall right off!

I don't hear a deep groaning sound from my scale when I weigh myself (it was either the scale or my stomach was too big for me to notice I was stepping on my dog by accident).

When people at work tell you 'You look like you have on your Dad's clothes!!! Not sure about that one!!

Lol! Time for a makeover

When men you have known for years start asking you out for dates. My latest two - the produce guy at the grocery store and my insurance guy.

I have known both of these guys for several years.

Did you say yes?

No... I didn't because there's a fireman pursuing me since before my surgery and if and when I decide to go out it will most likely be him first. It's a men in the uniform thing ???? in the meantime I will enjoy getting healthier and enjoy the side effects of looking sexier ????

Update: have started accepting invites for drinks now. First date of course was with the fireman. It was lovely and he has talked about a second date. Also, I had coffee date with another gentleman whom I find very attractive this week. Both these guys have known me since before my surgery. And I had a great time conversing and laughing with both.

For me it was yesterday my husband took me out shopping for my birthday and I tried on a size 8 pants and it fit me. I did the happy dance can't remember when I was able to do fit in a size 8. Also I just realized that I am a short in pants I was,never able to fit in short size pants I always got regular or long. This was the best bday gift I gave my self doing the sleeve. :-)

lol i remember trying on an old navy 18 thinking what a great fit...tried on same size months later and it was terrible. turned out my 5'5" self was fitting 18 long (so probably a 20 reg lol)

When you put your clothes in the drier on high heat hoping they will shrink so you can get some more wear out of them! [emoji4]. True story my new jeans are too big after only having them less then a month!!

Butt shrink...it effects your inseam measurements Just saying

I was once in 22 size jeans. Now I wear 9's

I once wore XXL dresses. Now I wear medium's

Got some lbs left to lose but I am beginning to see the goal in sight.
