In the blue was at almost my heaviest weight. Surgery weight was 319, in the white shirt was at about 162 lbs I think and right at one year out from surgery. I have lost another 5 lbs since that was taken and my goal is to lose down to about 140 or so.

I will be 11 months out on the 28th. My stats are as follows: Highest weight in 2011 - 376 Surgery weight 9/28/15 - 319 Weight today 8/5/16 - 176 143 pounds lost I hope everyone is doing well!

I can see such a difference already! Your doing great. Don't be scared of the full body shots, if you do them you will be so glad later even if you just keep them for yourself to see all the changes you will keep making.

Still here, down 122.2 pounds since my 9/28 surgery.

Love this update, you give me hope!! My highest weight was 376 and I am now at 244. Great job!!

Check out the website my body gallery you can put in height weight shape etc and see pictures of real women at those specs to get an idea of how you may look.

From left to right, heaviest weight in 2011, then day of pre-op, then today. 120 down from my heaviest, 63 down from surgery on 9/28/15. Still got a long way to go but seeing some progress.
