Anyone Else Feel This Way?

Hi group, well here is the question. . . even though you got to goal, does anyone else feel that they are still really fat? Those same feelings like before we lost weight? Ugh, the brain is so cruel at times. . .

I wouldn't say that I still feel fat, but there are little things about my body that I am not a fan of at all. I never understood my naturally, skinny girlfriend's complaints of "fat days", but I totally get it now.

It did take me seeing a picture of myself and about 6-7 other girls to see how small I really am, and for it to click. I nit-pick little things about my body that I would have never thought of before.

Hi Tiff! The baby pictures are really cute! No I find myself literally saying I'm fat and won't look at myself in the mirror anymore. I'm kinda repulsed like in the olden days. . . maybe a shrink would help. . . but then of course I'm in denial of that too. . . i don't have a mental issue??? Yeah right. . . hehehe. . .
