calories & carbs in vitamins?

I suppose they do but I would disregard them, you aren't going to get fat off vitamins, and the 120 or so calories extra is NOT going to sabotage your diet.

I counted them--a calorie is a calorie. I also switched to a lower-calorie, lower-carb liquid calcium citrate I found at costco. In a few months, I plan on switching again to Citracal petites, with no carbs and no calories.

Awesome, I didn't realize Costco had liquid multivitamins and liquid calcium! Adding that to my list of post-op stuff to buy. :)
