Nothing new to report as the dreaded stall has happened again . But I will prevail. I am really watching the carbs again and trying to up the Water. Still need to work more veggies in the diet but I cannot seem to digest lettuce at this time (TMI) so will have to look at other ways.

I'm gonna start up Slim in 6 again tomorrow. 6 weeks from Monday will put me smack on 4th of July. Does anyone else out there do this or another Beachbody routine? Who wants to join me on this little fitness goal? It doesn't have to be Slim in 6...Just make your commitment and post here!

This is my first challenge. I am so nervous! I am setting a moderate goal since I've yet to stall and I imagine there's one waiting for me somewhere in the next 10 weeks. If I make my goal I will be at my lowest weight in TEN years. BRING IT!
