Pre-op diet 25% to my goal aleady.

Surgery on Monday April 18th. My last meeting with my surgeon was on 4/1 I was 311lbs. Started my pre-op diet on 4/5. I am down to 285.5 as of last night 4/16 for a total so far 25.5lbs. My goal is to lose 100lbs. 25% there already. I am feeling pretty stoked about this surgery now.

Congratulations!!! 25 lbs is awesome and you will definitly benefit from it. Not only because of the weight loss but also shrinking your liver for the proceedure. 100lbs here you come!

I have been doing the pre-op diet since November and have lost 54lbs!! I wanted to lose 120lbs and I am having my surgery May 9th. I will have a shorter goal and will not have to do a liquid diet before like many do.

Keep it up and you will be there before you know it!!
