My Big Day-I still eat carbs, it's really the sleeve tool that helps me with Portion Control, and for me I think that's been the key to my weight loss. I do try and get the Protein in before carbs though. I'm sure if I did watch my carb in take, I would probably be doing way better , but no complaints here, I HIKED THE GRAND CANYON (sorry I just can't believe it LOL). I am not consistent with exercise. I love hiking. I hiked a total of 9 miles since last Saturday and plan to do so more this Saturday. I did some swimming yesterday and today, and lots of walking shopping, so that's typically how I get my exercise in.
