Wow, you look amazing! Can I ask, how long did it take you to get there you are now? Most excellent work!!

Thank you so very much ! ! !

I got to goal in 6.5 months with 115lbs lost, and then I dropped another 23ish pounds over another 4 months as I got into maintenance. I had maintained my loss for almost a year until the pregnancy hit, and I've gained a few pounds with the pregnancy.

Hi Stacy,

I am just over half way there and I use my before and after pics to keep me motivated, especially when I am in a stall ... I am real slow loser but I am losing...

Here goes, hopes this helps...

Usually use my cell phone so I rarely look at before and after pics. On computer now though and looking at pics posted. You look fabulous -- and this was back in February. I know you feel discouraged sometimes about getting your last few pounds off, but you look fantastic already! I can hardly wait until I'm that thin. Probably close to another year for me, though. Just what I needed. I had stumble this weekend with my diet. I was feeling down and lacked confidence that what i was attempting was impossible. This was the first posting I viewed this morning and It was just what I needed. You all look wonderful and the biggest thing I noticed was the ear to ear smiles on all of you. Not just the size in the before and after pictures but I see the happiness on your faces. A little hope goes a long way!~! Thank you all.

Hey Papi, looking really great!!! You're going to hit your goal so fast our heads will spin... :) Keep up the good work!

Thanks and I wouldn't mind staying at 233. A co-worker of mine had bypass and he has lost so much weight that he looks really sick. I don't want to go that route and I try to each as much as possible. That is one thing that worries me because I don't want to get that skinny. Congrats to all of you and this surgery does have it's challenges but the results are worth it.
