i tried a lot of different clear broth based soups and just strained them. like progresso light, then took all the veggies and stuff out and just drank the broth. or french onion with out the cheese or onion is really good. hang in there!

for a change of pace, I had a package of French onion soup and dip mix. I made it as the soup and strained out the bits of onion. It had an nice flavor for a great change from chicken. I could do any soup minus the chunks for the first 2 weeks. I also liked the progresso tomato and parmesan soup. I used my blender to puree the tomato bits.

I ordered French onion soup at Panera. I ordered without the cheese and croutons and just drank broth. It was awesome. Panera is so good.
