Do ramen noodle packets count as "broth"?

Yeppers, totally counts as broth. The one thing I did was buy the bouillon cubes. That way I could adjust the strength of the broth. The ramen noodle flavorings are super high sodium, and I didn't want the Water weight. I really enjoyed being able to have veggie, chicken or beef broth from the cubes. I think you can get 30 cubes for about 2bucks and each cube makes 1 cup of broth. No waste on the noodles.

I did use the cubes as well - and even found this stuff called Soup base. They had ham, turkey and veggie flavors as well. I even liked mixing up the flavors to change things up some - as much as broth can be changed up! LOL They're really inexpensive and can make up to 30 Soups per bottle I believe.

Ramen noodles Soup flavors do have a lot of sodium though and the MSG type. Just be cautious and I think you should be ok!

the ramen flavor packets were awesome when I had just about had it with my Protein Shakes. Chili lime was deeelicious!. Also, a can of Campbell's beef consomme has a relatively high Protein count, tastes good, and can be thinned out to make a lot more and still retains good flavor.
