Sugar Free Popsicles

Recommended Posts

I'm five weeks out and I crave sugar free popsicles. It might be related to the fact that I'm not taking in as much Fluid as I should. Is there anything wrong with having more than 2 of them in a day? I can get them down so much easier than I can an equal amount of liquid.< /p>

I have the same problem, my doctor told me to keep eating them, so I guess as long as you are not gaining any weight or getting dehydrated we should be ok

Oh yes.... the Crystal Light popsicles are very good. That's what save me too the first couple of weeks. I think someone here on the boards said each popsicle is equal to 2oz. of liquid.

I'm only 2 weeks out, but I am a popsicle addict. I have every kind of sugar free popsicle there is and I usually have about 5 or 6 a day. That's still only 90 calories, and its about 9-12 ounces of Fluid, which I need.

I posted somewhere else that I wake up slightly nauseas every morning. I have a popsicle before I even get out of bed (hubby brings them to me) and it makes the nausea go away.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
