Is Protein Pudding Possible?

Recommended Posts

Hi All,

I did a quick search on this but I am still confused. Will it work to make Jell-O sugr free pudding with a Protein powder mixed it? Will it congeal? Does it taste nasty? I am looking for an alternative to shakes.

Thanks in advance,

Pen

we mixed Any whey Protein Powder into Jello sugar free pudding and it worked just fine. It made it a little less firm but it tasted great. (Did NOT work as well in yogurt!)

We did this with the pre-made cups... I'm not sure if it would be any different making it from a box. I would make it first, let it set, and add the powder AFTER it's set.

oh and ALSO I was looking at this site yesterday and they sell high Protein mixes, pudding was one of them, but they also have high protein oatmeal and all kinds of stuff. dietdirect.com look under "protein diet foods"... I haven't tried any yet but somewhere else on this forum I saw a lot of people said the WonderSlim brand they have on there was really good.

I made Protein pudding by using sf choc. pudding and mixing it in the magic bullet with low carb slim fast or Atkins drinks. I have never tried it with Protein mixes made with powder. I am sure it would work fine by mixing in the Protein shake instead of milk.

when I tried it, it was very yummy.

I have done the Jello with whey powder mixed and it was great. I also did the same with pudding, mashed potatoes and Soups.

The pudding on diet direct can be a pudding or a shake so I'm betting that you can make a kind of pudding with any kind of shake by putting in 1/2 the Water. You can also try shake mix with diet cool whip.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
