To the doc tomorrow to hopefully get Jp drain removed. Keeping fingers crossed. Maybe golf soon.

Driver... how are you doing? Are things improving as planned?

It really is so good to know that you are on the path to healthy living...Thanks so much for sharing your experience with us. It will help others know that a leak (horrible as it is) can be overcome.

I'm heading to doc today to hopefully get the jp drain out. I felt ok past few days. It hard to get into pureed diet hope had some soup, refried beans, tomato with un flavor protein tha tastes like whey. I am really hating the taste of whey. But I am eighty pounds down.

Driver, best wishes on getting that drain out. I know I was elated to have my 2 removed. It was the most awkward, and uncomfortable feeling that I have experienced when they pulled those drains. But, I felt so much better once they were out.

Congrats on your success thus far. I really hated all the Protein mixes/types/flavors as well. Hang in there, you're doing great.

Congratulations Driver63---a game of golf is probably a good thing to get outside and breath in some fresh air. Hope things continue to progress for you from here on out.

DID YOU SAY 80 LBS!!!!!!

Rock on mister

Driver63 - I'm sorry about your leak. I didn't have any complications, but I replied here because I saw you were from Vero Beach. I'm from Vero too and had a sleeve done here in October. I hope your problems will all be resolved soon.

Went back to doc yesterday he does want to see me until august. I am down 90 lbs. Now back to learning a new way of eating. I am starting to miss just eating that big wendy hamburger with a coke or Mc d's egg MCmffuin. It's totally psycological. please excuse spelling and grammer.

Yaaay on the good report! It is definitely interesting to live with a new way of eating. I knew how to make healthy food choices before the surgery--unfortunately, I just didn't do it most of the time. Thankfully, the sleeve is helping me because I'm just not as hungry, but I still have those psychological cravings too. I've been to some really nice restaurants in my time, and had some really good food...but the two foods I seem to miss are Hardee's Sausage Biscuits and Pizza Hut Super Supreme Pizza with a Pan Crust. Go figure. What do you suppose the hidden addiction is in our fast food loves? Too bad we can't figure out how to add it to broiled fish!
