Well I'm down 21 pounds "477" from 498, and I have two weeks & 3 days before getting Sleeved:thumbup: I Ready to BEAT THIS THING for Myself and Also Pay-It-Forward To other Friends & Family members cause we all know that this usually spreads a lot further in other people in our lives. From my point of view it's the best thing I have ever done for myself. I spent over 30 years dieting and losing only to gain it back plus more. Congratulations!! You are making the steps toward changing your life. You can do it, this is a tool that will really work. Thank you for sharing your story. We all want to live to see our children and grandchildren grow to be there for them.

My surgery date is May 17 with Dr. Nick in Dallas. Can't wait to start being able to do more things again, get out more. Good luck to your and will keep you in my prayers.
