Whey to go by Solgar makes a delicous vanilla bean- I'm thinking of trying the Chocolate--will let you know when I do. (can be purchased at The Vitamin Shop and probably at most Whole Food stores, maybe even online.

I am currently on my 2 week pre-op diet. I like the Body Fortress from Wal-Mart.

If your OK using egg white protein instead of whey isolate the Jay Robb egg white in chocolate in quite good. It's also available in whey, but I haven't tried that. It's available in Sprouts, Whole Foods, The Vitamin Shoppe, and larger GNCs.

I still find Bariatric Advantage the best of any of the protein powders. . . but that is only my personal taste. . .
