SF Popsicles and SF Fudgicles

Recommended Posts

I love both and was eating SF Popsicles with wild abandon when one day I noticed there are 4 carbs in each SF Popsicle and 11 in each SF Fudgicle. Sounds insiginificant, however, when you eat 4 SF Pops a day the carbs add up. I have been losing, but it was in very small increments here and there and a lot of intermittent stalling was taking place. I have limited my SF popsicles to one a day and swoosh the scale is moving daily now....

The only reason I never noticed the carb count is because the tear strip on the box went right through the nutrition label. I told myself, "oh there aren't any carbs in SF pops, everyone is living on them during the liquid stage", well I was wrong and have now chaned my ways.....

Be aware of the hidden carbs.....

I was eating 4-6 no sugar added fruit popsicles during the clear stage. I figured those were the only calories/carbs I was getting so it didn't matter. I was losing great. I have a box of the sugar free Fudgesicles in the freezer. I have one every few days now as a treat. I keep the carbs in my food below 10-15 so that it doesn't seem to be effecting me much right now.

For me it's the carbs in the Calcium chews that are getting to me. 3x 4 = 12 carbs right there. I can't wait until I can start taking capsules and pills at one month out.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
