What is everyone's exercise routine? New and long timers

I do a step aerobics DVD that Cher made years ago. It gets my heart rate up and is complicated enough that I don't get bored. I want to add other things in, but haven't yet.

sex is a great way to keep in shape and a great mood stablizer..it's so good for the body/soul/and mind. Now that we are all thinner and more attractive, it's such a great reward for our efforts..nothing compares to it, nothing.

Does anyone have any ideas when you are big and just starting to lose how to keep your skin from being flappy?

I mix it up so I don't get board and my body can't figure out what's coming next. I do yoga, kickboxing, free weights, Jillian Michaels videos, running, a hip hop dance video and yes, sex is definately the most fun!

Hi All, I am still pre surgery hopefully I will be getting sleeved next month. I go for power walks 4-5 days a week for an hour and a half. I have been doing this for years it is the only exercise that I have ever been able to stick with. I do worry if this won't be considered enough exercise after I am sleeved.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
