well thought i would post to this blog!! i am still at 217 for the past two weeks. how discouraging is this. it is so sad at how little i eat and still don't loose weight!! this is not very fair to a girl who is trying her best to do the right thing and the weight just stays there on the hips and thighs and the belly blubber!!! okay stop babbling laura....

Hang in there Laura - a two week stall could easily be your body's way of adjusting to your current weight. Keep doing all the right things and it will come.

Laura, look at that beautiful 216 on your ticker. Your weight loss has been incredible. The great thing about our Sleeves is that we know we'll continue to lose. All of the statistics point in the right direction as long as we play nice. I think you're doing great. Please don't be discouraged!

yea lee and booklady, you guys are right. i just wish i could at least loose 1-2 pounds per week. something. i have to loose 10 more pounds before next thrusday. seeing the wl doctor and he will fuss at me if i haven't lost 30 more pounds!!!!

Happy Monday everyone! Weigh day for me and....drum-roll....230.2! I'm down 3.4 lbs since last Monday. Which quite surprised me as I was a bit naughty over the weekend :biggrin0: but I upped my exercise routine. Almost into the 220s and couldn't be happier knowing that I won't ever see the 230s again!

Good Morning!

HW - 249

SW - 228.8 - 2/17/2010

LW - 216

Today - 213.6

I'm not surprised at the slowdown as I lost 9.4 the week before.

Let's keep letting go of those pounds!

Congrats Midwestgirl!! You are doing terrific!

HW - 258

SW - 246.4

LW - 225.8

Today - 223.4

Woot! Lee & Stacy, you go girls! :biggrin0: I love seeing how much people are losing. Gives me motivation and inspiration to know that if so many others can do it, so can I!

You're doing great too!! I know, it's so hard to imagine or even really believe we'll really get there at this point in the game, isn't it? Like it's almost too much to hope for. We'll do it though, one day not too far down the road we'll all be at GOOOOOALLLL!!

I'm 7 months post-op on March 10th. My weight loss has slowed WAY DOWN now. I'm wondering: AT WHAT POINT does your body just say, "Ok, that's it; I'm settling right here and not dropping any more weight?" Let's hear from some long-timers on this question. I was losing at the rate of approx. 10 lbs. a month, then it was taking 6 weeks to lose 10 lbs., now I'm lucky to lose 3-5 lbs. a month. It's getting frustrating and I'm still 25 lbs. away from my high end goal. What to do??:biggrin0:

Well today I'm doing the happy dance as I have left the 300's, today I wieghed in at 299. yahoo haven't see the 200's since 1099.

Brenda

Breada...way to go!!!

I'm going to start adding my weight to this thread every Monday as well as I think it will help keep me focused.

Todays weight 202 lbs
