Im on day 6 of my 16 day pre op. liquid diet. Im actually quite suprized with myself. I love to eat. I havent really felt hungry yet. As of this morning I have lost 9 lbs. If I could keep this up for a year i wouldnt need any operation but as we all know that wont happen and I will be back in the same boat. I have my operation on Nov. 10 with Dr. Alvarez.Mexico. I was excited about it until a few days ago, then I started to get nervious. Cant wait till its over. :thumbup1:

You sound like the rest of us preop---nervous is normal. Keep up the good work. It is all worth it when you see the pounds dropping off.

I felt dizzy and a bit weak after a week or so on the pre op diet. Just be sure to drink plenty of water so you don't get dehydrated, which can cause complications. You'll do great.

I leave in 2 more days.:crying:..going a few days before the big day..lost 15 so far on the liquid diet. :lol0:
