Not Sure Where To Put This

Recommended Posts

I am trying to figure out who the current admins on this board are. I know about Susan and Alex but others seem to come and go. I know that Wasa and Eliazabethsew resigned a few months ago. I may be mistaken but I thought Mac was an admin but now I see her as a registered user.

How does the process work to become and admin and how does it work in reverse.

I am curious.

From the FAQ link at the top of the forum:

Moderators and Administrators What are moderators and administrators?

Moderators oversee specific forums. They generally have the ability to edit and delete posts, move threads, and perform other actions. Becoming a moderator for a specific forum is usually rewarded to users who are particularly helpful and knowledgeable in the subject of the forum they are moderating.

Administrators are the people who have overall control of everything that happens on the board. They oversee how the board is styled, what forums to create and how to organize them, what information to require from members and who to appoint as moderators.

It seems that mods have to be appointed by the administrators. I would have to assume an administrator would have to be appointed by the owner of the site.

You can click on "view forum leaders" on the main boards and it will show you what you are looking for.

It's on the Forum start page...

I was an Admininstrator but when I asked to be removed as a mod at LBT, I got removed here. That's okay, as I probably would have asked to be removed here eventually once the thing that bugged me at LBT happened here too.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
