I am so excited! Down 30 lbs in a month. Hard to believe!

I am having a hard time finding a Protein suppliment I like, I am still choking them down, but it takes forever.

AWESOME weight loss. I am almost 3 months out and have yet to find a Protein Shake I can tolerate -- or even choke down for that matter -- I've pretty much given up and am getting my Protein from other foods.

I like the Unjury because they're not tooo sweet, but now I also like the bodyfortress Cookies n'cream in my morning coffee.. couldn't drink it by itslef because it is sweet, but is great in coffee!

I can't help with the Protein because I'm really struggling in this area as well. Maybe try Chike if you haven't, it's the only one I like at all.

There are a lot of Protein Drinks I like. I like them a lot. It's so much easier than cooking.

I had the operation sept 3rd and i'm down over 40 lbs. My favorite is my Very berry and Melon Protein Shake. Included: Muscle Milk Vanilla, strawberry's, cherry's, blueberry's and watermelon, Milk and ice. Add a little spenda if you want it to be sweeter. i've found that Muscle Milk makes the best tasting Protein powders and they have a range of flavors to choose from.
