.....and so my surgical journey begins 10/2/2013

Hi Everybody,

I'm relatively new on this posting thing. I am so so nervous and I'm thinking there is something that I may have forgotten to do or pack. I have gone over my pre-op to do list but still feel like I have left something off my list.

I have the comfy clothes and shoes, my paperwork, my driver, removed nail polish from nails & toes, and my pillow for the long ride home. Any suggestions on what else I should have packed? Thanks!

Oh! That's Gatorade G Series - G2! It's suppose to help prevent weakness, dizziness & blurred vision. It has to be included in my 64ozs intake daily.

Thanks! Drink up and have a restful Sunday. There's always a turnaround day after a surgery, when suddenly there is a return of strength and energy. Hope that comes soon for you and that meanwhile you get to watch all the movies you've been saving for this.

Thanks! I'm just about all G2'd out, but I must say, that I have been able to catchup on some movies/books that I have had on my wishlist/to do list.

I haven't been back on this site because I felt like I'm a failure. Lost only 66lbs and recently gained back 13Lbs! I've forgotten how to eat a lap band diet! I couldn't handle 3 meals a day, so broke it up to 6 small meals. Big, Big mistake! Who am I fooling! To top it off, more pressure at work and stopped exercising! Ugh! I've fallen so far off the wagon until I can't see it anymore! Please somebody throw me a bone or an eating plan so I can get my head back into the weight lose? Thanks!
