I had my second fill on Aug 5. I stayed on clear liquids for 2 days, moved to protein shakes which I tolerated. Last night, I was completely stupid, I wasn't hungry - but there was pizza- sitting there and I did, yes I did- I had 3 bites, which I chewed (thought) thoroughly. The pain so intense I t came up like a rocket. Ok, so dumb move . Today I took it easy had a protein shake, then when we were out to dinner, I had a cup of soup - could only tolerate a 1/2 of the cup and could feel that pain start. So I stopped. When I came home I had a yogurt which was ok. Feeling hungry a few minutes ago, made oatmeal (very thin) and had one spoon and that awful pain is back. I stopped. I haven't puked, feel so bad like I should. But can't. What do you do? Will it eventually go down? Is this too tight? How do you know?
