I need to say GOODBYE 2 my armflag!

Recommended Posts

Since loosing 70+ pounds I noticed my arms are EXTREMELY drooping. I tried strengthening with weights & resistance bands but still nothing. Does anyone have any tips on how to improve arms? Maybe im not doing it right or for long enough.Right now I have wings and I'm not a chicken. Lol

Please help

I'm not an expert, but one thing I've noticed from others is if you have loose skin then you're stuck with it. The trick is keeping it tight as you lose weight so it doesn't get saggy. Once the hanging skin is already there, you're pretty much stuck with it unless you get plastic surgery.

Again, I could be wrong, it's just my observation.

Mis - I think you're right on with this. Unless someone is 14 years old! :P

Okay, time to pick up the hand weights. I've been dragging my ass on this, knowing well and good that I'll have major flappers if I don't do it. When I lost weight last time, my arms were in great shape. But I started with the weights at the same time I started losing weight. Ugh......I've gotten so la-Z -_-

I go sleeve less daily also but I don't like the looks of my arms. How many lbs should my weights be?

Just depends. Start low and build up. I do crossfit so Im doing heavy weights now. If youre are at a gym they should have a trainer who could help you form a good workout routine to do a few times a week. When it gets tok easy increase the weight.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
