So I thought we could keep a running list of all of our weight loss in one place. I thought it would be helpful and inspirational for us all to keep eachother on track with our progress. If everyone can copy the list below and make changes to your own information and post it, we can each keep our own info updated. I thought we could put weight of first doc appt./weight at surgery/current/goal and then to list your total loss to date. (see my name below for an example) I of course am up for any suggestions if ya'll think of something else.

On mine I have my highest weight, or at least the weight I was when I made the final decision to have the band, the second number is my weight the day of surgery, the 3rd is my current weight, and the last is my goal weight.

BUT...you have had a steady loss, and maybe it gives you and all of us inspiration!!!

However each of us does it is fine by me...thought maybe I'd explain mine as well! Great Job everyone!!! Keep on shrinking!!!
