Have any of you, or are you, have both the anti reflux sugery and the lapband surgery done at the same time?

Have any of you, or are you, have both the anti reflux sugery and the lapband surgery done at the same time? I am curious on what I should expect. Online, I cannot find any information about both precedures being performed together, so that is no help. When I google the laparoscopic fundolipocation for GERD the results range from outpatient to a 1-3 day stay in the hospital. My doctor's office is saying it is outpatient when I call and ask, but it is cheaper on our insurance if I stay overnight. The normal stay seems to be overnight with just that procedure and I'm having that and the lapband. I have talked to two ladies on the phone with the doctor's office and they are telling me that this only adds like 15 minutes to the entire surgery and I'll go home the same day. I just want to hear from someone who is having both or has had both done to see what they have been told or have experienced. I'm sure it will be fine, but it is bugging me. Any ideas?

I did both and had surgery at 9am and was home by 11am. Really couldnt feel much other than a little gas from them pumping me full of CO2 for the surgery. It's really common to have it done together.

No, I mean the anti reflux surgery. I have a hernia as well, but the GERD is serious enough I have to have surgery for it no matter what elase I do.

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
