2 Great NSVs, new image of ourselves

1.The deli manager whose store I have frequented for many years, did a triple take yesterday! He said he almost did not recognize me !. Until I placed my regular order !

Made me smile and feel great all week long !

2. I was talking to a colleague who I speak to about once every 2 weeks. As we were chatting, I realized that she didn't know who she was talking to !!! She said she didn't recognize me until she heard my voice!

I think sometimes we cannot see our "new " selves.

I agree. I look in the mirror everyday, but it's like I don't see myself. My BFF took a pic of my husband and I the other day and looking at the pic I can see the weight I have lost.

yeah- pictures really put things in perspective. I see how big- or small I am more clearly then any other way. Always been like that.

Wait until you look up into the mirrors at stores and don't recognize yourself!!Happened to me, and my daughter was looking for me and couldn't find Me in the store either.

That's awesome, congratulations!

Nothing like being noticed for our hard work.

What fun nsvs! You can go incognito! Lol
