First Week Follow Up

Good Morning All

Had my first follow up appointment and everything looks great. I have lost a total of 9lbs and I am able to eat mushie foods starting today YES!!!!!!!!!!!!! because I am so HUNGRY. I will have to say still have disconformt from gas but I got me sme gas relief med to help wit that.

I feel great and very pleased with myself

I had me some instant oatmeal Mable and Brown Sugar (weight control) with Water. And it tasted sooo good.
