I am so excited to be able to post that, as of today i have lost 100lbs since the starting of my journey. I want to mark my achievment. What have all of you done to Celebrate your loss?

I feel like crying...............

That's really great. Many congratulations for your tremendous achievement.

I don't remember doing anything remarkable when I passed the 100 mark - just got a big hug from my wife, that was all I wanted. I'm now at 130 pounds lost and feeling great.

Georgia girl....love your fitness goal...good for you, you will be great!Congrats everyone. I have been near or at goal for about a year now, I find I go up and down about 8 pounds. Would like to make that about 3pounds instead...not that I am complaining. I love my new active and healthy lifestlye.

I still have 125 lbs to go till goal...but I feel so GOOD...and I'm having a blast in the meantime.

The band is the best thing I have ever done for myself!

I can't wait until I get to post my 200 lb loss on this thread!

Way to go Natasha!!!

I echo your sentiment - I can't wait to post my 199 loss - to meet my goal! Meanwhile - it's great along the way enjoying all the NSV's.

I mentioned to my family the other day - I feel like I got my life back, and am so enjoying it!

Hi, I'm down 104 pounds/47Kgs as of this morning. Have 50 pounds/22Kgs to go. It's been a long haul, as I had lost 110 pounds/50Kgs and had to have revision surgery a year ago and picked up 55 pounds/25Kgs. So it's taken me a year to lose the weight again. Do any of you bandsters feel exhausted from this process? For me it's been mentally very trying - mostly because for me, to lose weight I have to be very restricted, and have spent a lot of time on liquids. But alas, it is a means to an end and I've never been able to lose this amount of weight on my own before, 2X over!

Liza - do I read your siggy correctly? Have you lost 122 lbs since April? If so, OMG I am so jealous!!!

No, not since April. I lost weight on the supervised diet I had to be on for 3 months, so it's 120+ since the beginning of December, actually. But I'm still happy with it!! :-)

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
