I lose 8.3 lbs in 8 days

It varies person to person. Some people lose 10-15 and others don't seem to lose any.

I was scheduled to have lapband in Nov2011, so dr gave me shakes (protein to drink two weeks prior) well instead of lapband I ended up with gallbladder surgery and it was rescheduled until January 2012, during that time I kept drinking shakes and I lost 26 lbs before having lapband. I was only drinking one a day sometimes two.

I lost 10 pounds in 7 days.

I was on something similar to Adkins and didn't lose anything until I was banded.

I lost 19lbs & my husband lost 30 lbs. Each person is different & each preop diet is different.

Good luck!

16.5 pounds.

I was on two shakes and one meal, plus all the veggies I wanted and snacks of fruit for three weeks lost 16 lbs.

I'm sure everyone is different and everyone's preoperative diet is different too.

I was on all liquids plus yogurt for two weeks. Lost 26 lbs
