Hi Everyone,

Yesturday I wrote and was so worried my phyatrist would not clear me, And we talked I asked him questions I wrote down so I would'nt forget and he was very happy to hear what I had to say to him...So YES he did clear me Thank God!!!I will get my surgery date on Mon.

Thanks to all the girls who gave me suggestions on how to approach the situation, I was open, honest, told him my fears & excitement towards the surgery...Thanks again to everyone..I would like support from anyone who can guide me through this jorney I'm still very nerivous about the surgery,I never had surgery in my life, so please help me with this journey to becoming and healthy and happy women again..

I am still working towards getting banded. I go for pre-op on 3/8 and surgery on 3/9. Only advice I could give is if this is what you want, keep that determined mine set and go for it! I had a struggle getting to this point. Someone once told me to 'keep my eye on the prize' and my prize will be 3/9

Thats is such good news well done for using all the tricks to get what u wanted. I suggest u go the support group/seminars and soak up all the info that u can , then read this forum with all the topics, dont scare yourself , everything will be fine if u follow your surgeons advice
