if you have done a Zumba class, you know they work!!!!

great sweat out!!

YES!!!!! I lost weight before Zumba, but I lost inches with it. I had the DVD's for months before surgery. ABout 3 months after surgery and friend invited me to a class and I was hooked. I dusted off those DVD's and now I do Zumba at least 4-5 times a week. I love it and I am not an exercise person at all... well at least I wasnt until recently.

ALL exercise DVD's work- you just have to stick with them and do them 4-7 days a week! I don't like Zumba because I can't keep up with the dance moves...its too fast pace for me but if you love to do dance then I'm sure its for you. You just need to find your favorite one. I do Walk Away the Pounds and that's perfect for me! I haven't even had surgery yet and I've lost all kinds of weight from it...and my body has firmed and toned soo much, I get compliments from EVERYBODY and I still haven't had the band! Next week though!!! :)
