approved by the insurance? or the Dr.? I wouldn't think so. I do believe it would have to do with your initial weight at your first weight in. I assume they go by that. They did with me.

I have been worried about this too, but I think that it's really only something to be concerned about if you're at borderline BMI. Otherwise the insurance company just sees your supervised diet weight
