Hello, I use ps3 micheal jackson and zumba on ps3...then i got to the gym and do zumba and step classes after my docs appt weds i will be able to do my abs but the ps3 is so fun in your home plus you can rewind if need be good luck

Hey I had the same thing good to know not alone but I took monastate 1 and was good I think the meds played a part

So I have to reply since I started this thread... Sex so great I love it a lot. I am so much better at it. I have lost a little of 15 pounds had sex 4 days after surgery and haven't stopped. I mean blow jobs and riding for me. He loves it so much I'm giving head before work lol.

I was banded the 16 and on the 18th took some was able to walk and shop with ease even got a new weave

Milk of mag is all I have to say I took some and pain and gas and burping where gone something about that first poo and all that gas. The pain was less in my port area and my stomach went down a lot

By the way the weight loss is pure after surgery I had actually gained weight when on liquid diet

Oh and i play micheal Jackson on Ps3 for 2hrs a day with the kids

I'm sticking to the shakes Atkins and muscle milk they are great and tomato soup with jello every day

Sex is out of this world so good the best I've had in a long time you guys were right the sex gets great after lap band

Lol you know what was funny about it was that I was saying i wonder how it feels I'm about 3 weeks ops and I'm great but I was making food for my kids and husband and before I knew it I was eating the burrito lol but it hurts like hell omg the worst throw up ever. The best way I can describe is you swallow a big gulp of cold drink times 10 and the throw up was like the worst ever
