How Long After Being Banded Did It Take For You To Feel Good Again?

I'm i the pre-surgery diet phase and right now I feel so run down and hungry. Then I know liquids and softs are to follow. Just wondering how long it took before you felt good/full again. I honestly do not have the energy to workout at this point.

3 weeks for me

It was about a month for me. My surgeon had told me to wait about a month before I started working out. I figured out why!

I am about 3 months post-surgery and it took about 1 month for me to feel normal again. I still haven't started working out, other than walking. I may take up swimming/weights again in a couple of months.

3 days I was feeling great. I couldn't work out it lift over 20 lbs but I was able to go about day to day without problems.

About 3-4 weeks for me. Then I felt more like my old self.

I had my surgery 8 days ago and am feeling pretty good. I had alot of tightness in my abdomen i think from them being in there prodding and poking around. But nothing was unbearable, I just wasnt sure what to expect either. I have been walking about 3/4 mile a day and sleeping good though. I was out at the mall yesterday and could have went earlier, just didnt have a reason too.

I also had surgery 8 days ago and feel really good. I know what you mean about feeling tired during the pre-op diet, I was really tired and didn't have alot of energy but I feel really good now. Hang in there it will get better!
