Lap Band Surgery One Month Ago Today. Doing Great.

Hello,

I am Jeannie and on October 19th I had the Lap Band surgery, by Dr. Matthew Lublin. So far I have lost 12lbs. My band is the Realize band and I had my first fill last Thursday the 17th and I received 5.6 cc's. I am really loving this journey.

Thanks for the update. Us pre-op newbies are always looking for positive outcomes. BTW have you found it hard mentally at times or fairly easy?

I love your positive outlook . has it been hard mentally not to want to grab some thing u shouldnt?

I think that I have been very fortunate in that I have not been wanting things I shouldn't have. Well that is not entirely true, I have been having a small bit of crackers, which I shouldn't have but I keep my servings small so that I don't go bonkers and eat a whole box. I do believe that part of it is that without the breads I have not been craving sweets.

I'm LaToya and it's been 1 month since my lapband surgery. My surgeon was Dr Michael Williams in Alpharetta Ga. I just got my first fill of 2cc today. I've lost 15lbs already!
