  1. I think that I have been very fortunate in that I have not been wanting things I shouldn't have. Well that is not entirely true, I have been having a small bit of crackers, which I shouldn't have but I keep my servings small so that I don't go bonkers and eat a whole box. I do believe that part of it is that without the breads I have not been craving sweets.
  2. Hello, I am Jeannie and on October 19th I had the Lap Band surgery, by Dr. Matthew Lublin. So far I have lost 12lbs. My band is the Realize band and I had my first fill last Thursday the 17th and I received 5.6 cc's. I am really loving this journey.
