<p><strong><span style="font-size: 18px"><span style="font-family: comic sans ms, cursive">In 1997 I had my second child, Tori. I lost alot of weight during my pregnancy due to stress. Shortly there after I became addicted to Mountain Dew and was later diagnosed with Hypothyroidism. In 2006 I was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Had the hysterectomy and blew up like a fat balloon. I posted my cruise picture from 2008. I was so big. I stayed in the room most of the time. I would lay out by the pool but some one m ight holler &quot;whale&quot;. Well, I have had problems with oestarthritis after I had two cervical fusions in 2004 and 2005.&nbsp; I went to a seminar in April 2011 and started the journey to have&nbsp;a better life, one that&nbsp; I could enjoy. I suffer from depression for many years and the last three years I have had problems with fatique, sleep, obsesity, hypothyroidism and THEN, when I went asking about heavy headaches, I was sent for a sleep study- yeap, another diagnosis of Sleep apnea. Tonight I go back for sleep study number two and I will get my CPAP machine. I went back to my PCP to get my letter of recommendation. We went over my labs from Sept 2011 and he added yet another diagnosis of hyperdislipdemia. When I started my 6 month non surgical procedure that was required by BCBSI, I had a BMI of 37. I was 220 @ 5'4. </span></span></strong></p>

<p><strong><span style="font-size: 18px"><span style="font-family: comic sans ms, cursive">I have turned in so much to Dr. Burnettes office. Now just waiting on the rest of the records so that the insurance wil have the full picture of my case.&nbsp; </span></span></strong></p>
