Vomiting in my sleep??

Recommended Posts

I am one and a half years out from my band....Very happy with my results.. but in the past couple months I have some episodes with vomiting in my sleep. I thought maybe it was my GERD, I do take omeprazole daily and I have stopped eating or drinking at least 4 hours before I go to sleep. Do i needto take my meds twice aday or any other suggestions??

My friend at work is almost a year out from hers and she started doing this around two weeks ago. Anyways, she finally went to the doctor and he had to unfill her a good bit and said her band had tightened up on its own. So he took out a couple of cc's from her band and gave her less restriction so her stomach could have a rest he said. I am still new at this but i know my friend said after he did that she has not done it since. Wish you the best of luck.

Call your doctor ASAP! I used to stop breathing and have this happen before I found out that I have Obstructive sleep Apnea.

My doctor said this is a sign that you're too tight and that it needs urgent attention. Hope you feel better soon!

I changed my profile image to a molecule of protein. Why? Because I am certain that it saved my life.

Two years out. Lost 120 , regained 5 lbs. Recently has a bout of Norovirus, lost 7 pounds in two days. Now my stomach feels like it did right after my surgery. Sore, sensitive to even water.  Anyone out there have a similar experience?

      April Surgery
Am I the only struggling to get weight down. I started with weight of 297 and now im 280 but seem to not lose more weight. My nutrtionist told me not to worry about the pounds because I might still be losing inches. However, I do not really see much of a difference is this happen to any of you, if so any tips?
      Thanks

Well recovering from gallbladder removal was a lot like recovering from the modified duodenal switch surgery, twice in 4 months yay 🥳😭. I'm having to battle cravings for everything i shouldn't have, on top of trying to figure out what happens after i eat something. Sigh, let me fast forward a couple of months when everyday isn't a constant battle and i can function like a normal person again! 😞
