Ok, so I am day 6 post op!!! Down 10 1/2 pounds and feeling ok.

Still weak in the mornings, but I made back to work this morning! (I have been working from home)

How is everyone?

I know how you feel. I was so scared before my surgery. At my pre-op visit I had to fight the urge to bolt out of the surgeon's office. Dr. Cribbins (Dr. Hamns's partner) did my surgery. I am five weeks post surgery and I feel GREAT!!! I have only lost about 10 pounds but my blood pressure is down, I have more energy than I have in years, and my food cravings have lessened. Good luck on your surgery. The Frisco Medical Center is amazing, by the way. They took excellent care of me.

The Frisco Medical Center is AMAZING! I loved it there! I could never imagine spending time in a different hospital!

I had my surgery on a Thursday and returned to work on Monday, It was painful for me back in October. At least you had 6 days off which is what I should of had. Congratulations on getting the band!
