That is great. I wished I would have found this forum sooner and I would have joined in. It is a great way to keep everyone motivated to exercise. Great job everyone.

No worries I'll be doing this again in October (smile)

Ooh! I want to do this with you in October. And I'll finish out September with you, too. :) (Going off to figure out this week's miles and add them to a ticker!)

4 Miles again today!!! I'm on my way. Listening to a great audio book while I walk. Nervous by Zane (juicy) :)

Ugh. Twisted my knee over the weekend. Boo, hiss!

I've switched over to doing the elliptical trainer because it's easier on my joints, but I've decided to count the miles on that, too. In fact, I plan to count any miles I travel using my own body as locomotion. :D

4 more miles this morning, this audio book is getting good, but if I want to know whats going to happen next, I have to get my butt up tomorow and walk...walk ....walk .....

Maybe I'll try an audio book. I would totally keep walking if I was interested and wanted to know what happened next!

Awesome, Kimmypoo! I will see you at the finish line.

I'm sorry you got hurt, lizzy! That sure makes it hard to stay motivated, but it sounds like you still are. Keep it up!
