It has reallly helped me. I have lost 6lbs this month and walked almost 52 miles and still have a week to go. I also joined the weigh in group and that has been extremley helpful keeping me focused. They change the name every month. Its called the Harvest Moon Challenge this month.

I met my goal! Thanks for starting this post, Amanda1982! I really feel like I accomplished something. And I am .7 lb away from Onderland! That is my next goal, and I sure hope I meet it this week.

4 More miles this morning..I don't think that I'll make it to 60 because I only walk 4 miles a day. But I will make it to 56..Ready for October.

Well I'm going to finish September with 56 miles (unless I find time to work out tonight) it's not 60 but I'm proud of myself for sticking to this....Thank you to all who participated in this Challenge with me I' could have dont it alone. Well Off to the October Challenge...cant wait.

It was really good to have a goal to work toward! I met my other goal of Onederland, too! 199 yesterday, for the first time in more than 10 years. I will see you in the October thread.

Count me in.
