Good Luck to you

I ate a lot of cottage cheese and applesauce. Mashed potatoes would be ok for now too (although not a good idea once your on solid food and weight loss mode). Refried beans are also an option. Good luck and congrats on your surgery.

Soft cheeses (feta, munster, goat cheese), hummus, saltines, peanut butter, deli meat, soft fruits (bananas), tuna salad with no onion or celery, etc.

i had chicken salad for lunch and for dinner i had squash i mad it really well done and mush it and it was good i also had some steam fish i mush that up to it wsas good i could only eat a little but it felt good to chew and i mush it and chew it until i was good to swollow, also i have sweet potatos smash with cimmon and splenda it was good had that yester day . anything you can smah with a fork my doctor said. **** luck :D
