i have tried everything to lose weigh and i became bigger as i found more fad diets . i am type 2 diabetic and i was scared of becoming insulin dependent so a year ago i went to true results and made my mine up that this is what i need to get my life back inorder i am happy i am close to my sugery date but scared of failing as i have done in the past , but i truely believe i can make this work.
